The Team Leader

Credibility of a career as a profession is the result, acceptance, running procedures and fulfillment of the person in such business position is extremely a major element for all institutions. Importance of these positions led the departments to consider a wide range of study and research. One of such career profession in business field is the post of team leader of executives. I wish to discuss about this subject with a view of idealism and perfection.

Prosperity and credibility of the three divisions such as a company, executives and public are the main functioning areas of a team leader. It must be a spontaneous result flow of profit for these three institutions by many levels of satisfaction. The mechanism named as team leader/ sales manager or the name given to the specific position works with a wish to as an ideal for results as prosperity and credibility.

The thought of an ideal mechanism from the lack of fulfillment in function can be apply here. If a term can be considered as an institution, it can also define in the level of idealism. It will give more explanations and a clear definition in ordinary level and open a wide area of study, research and implementation.

An ideal team leader is an institution which creates ideal executives and constructs a platform for the company, in his level of working, to be an ideal form. He builds the necessary infrastructure for executives what they want to perform individually. An ideal team leader will work with executives to earn an income, how much they wish to make and attain a position where they wish to reach and develop a best personality what they need to become a professional executive. There are the elements of professional training for the completion of process.

Idealism is not a dream but a functioning concept which leads such institution or mechanism for the best performance and full result. It is not an extraordinary but has a position above the common level.

The acceptance of common level definition is high and functionally more clear.

Responsibility of the team leader to the company as the result in all level of professionalism can be done with proper procedures. Every one can be done this but the mentioned one will give high productive result and yield .Team may be like a big farm and executives are seeds in the beginning. Proper, real, and scientific analyzing and study of economic and other personality factors of executives, which is useful to the profession and in person, is the human resource management and enhancement in this area. Implementation and execution of these factors for the complete result is the management and the main mechanism for realization is the team leader.

Team Leader is a functioning person with abilities, qualities, responsibility, credibility, professionalism and commitment with the support and infrastructure of the company. Result will be in another level than executives and that must be acceptable by these threes, company, executives and public.

Executives can also consider as independent institutions with dreams, aim, goal and vision. Social and economic support of company is the basic infrastructure for executives in the level of business, career or profession.

This is a continuous process. Like any other successful professional in profession, these institutions, executives and team leader, also need professionalism which may be considered as a mechanism. They have to implement the functions for progress and result.

Team Leader has to consider all executives as one unit and each of them as one independent unit. Each executive mechanism-an executive -needs many divisions of support, depends on their working level, method and infrastructure. This section is an important area in the training procedures.

Divisions of support are the channels from company and other institutions to executives. Team Leader has to ensure the availability of these to executives and him. Credibility is the result for the company and customer satisfaction.

Thus the tremendous, spontaneous and continuous results will make the institution, Team Leader, to be a member in the main stream, visible and invisible, of the company.
