A preparation of some ideas about this field is given as tips.

1. Purchased product is like a part of customer’s life.So gives more care and attention.

2. Proper after sale service is a low cost but effective advertisement. This may reduce the cost of the firm and increase executive’s salary and service incentive.

3. A customer has to think with a smile about the product producer and front-end channel by the better practice of customer care and service.

4. If the customer found any problem with the product, take appropriate actions to solve the complaint. Give more professional behavior.

5. Inquire about customer satisfaction even if there is no customer feed back.

6. Make sure that there will be no difficulties for the customer during the process of after sales service.

7. After sales service is the best bond between the institutions and customer. Keep it for ever.
