Prospecting-2

The development of a prospect in to the potential approachable person is based on the vision and working method. Infrastructure and circumstances of the firm and marketing person are material factors in this procedure but proper and scientific practice will give the first result as appointment.

Prepare an active prospects list. No institutions never produce any product or service with out a customer. If there is a product, there will be a customer. There is no product cannot be sold. Therefore, we can add any person in the prospect list.

Appropriate sorting of this list is an important function. This saves time and money. Analyze the need of the prospect and explore the function of need will give better opportunity in further procedures. Effective marketing could find, explore, create and enhance the participation of that product in prospect’s life in reliable conditions.

Cold calling

Do you think that your sales profession is not generate a result as much you expect? Do you think that you are not earning as much money as you need? We can divide the preparations of cold calling in to three.

1. Preparation of a cold calling list.
2. Selection of contacting divces.
3. Contact in person.

You can add any one in the cold calling list. Only name and contact details may do magic. Collect the details of those prospects only as much you can do.

Consider you are the seller and all persons in your list are buyers. You are familiar with them than they to you. So this is your turn to make a call with intimacy. They cannot contact you because they have no idea about yourself. Your product is the most important commodity for all. Therefore, you can start the process of approaching.

Based on the busy schedules of the prospect, in your knowledge, you can use many devices for the initial contact. A good order is email, fax, desk telephone and mobile telephone.

If that person is very busy, it will be better to send an email as a first step. This will build a familiarity in many cases. An expert can go directly to telephones.

There are only three elements in the process of cold calling: executive, prospect and the product. Prejudice has no role and you are the important factor. Lack of prejudice can give a good support to create a smart relation with the seller and buyer. Result will be the best impression at first, but maintaining of this relation is the duty of an executive.

In the first part I wish to discuss some ideas about the fundamental element of the business section “marketing executive”

Bring the company to its highs is the functional duty of a marketing executive. He is a producer and a resource enhancer for the company. He is the person to whom the company hired for build an active market and business. He has to create a potential platform for the products and all services. He has to earn cash profit as his salary and other incentives which is not less than his scientifically expected income. His aim will build a career as profession with pleasing personality, self esteem, financially strong and socially in good status.

Experience as a marketing executive will do the direct contact of a large number of people and firms. Many of them may be act like a simple customer, who takes a position with the words no or later with or without negotiation. So he has to be a creative enhancer with them. The Team Leader

Credibility of a career as a profession is the result, acceptance, running procedures and fulfillment of the person in such business position is extremely a major element for all institutions. Importance of these positions led the departments to consider a wide range of study and research. One of such career profession in business field is the post of team leader of executives. I wish to discuss about this subject with a view of idealism and perfection.

Prosperity and credibility of the three divisions such as a company, executives and public are the main functioning areas of a team leader. It must be a spontaneous result flow of profit for these three institutions by many levels of satisfaction. The mechanism named as team leader/ sales manager or the name given to the specific position works with a wish to as an ideal for results as prosperity and credibility.

The thought of an ideal mechanism from the lack of fulfillment in function can be apply here. If a term can be considered as an institution, it can also define in the level of idealism. It will give more explanations and a clear definition in ordinary level and open a wide area of study, research and implementation.

An ideal team leader is an institution which creates ideal executives and constructs a platform for the company, in his level of working, to be an ideal form. He builds the necessary infrastructure for executives what they want to perform individually. An ideal team leader will work with executives to earn an income, how much they wish to make and attain a position where they wish to reach and develop a best personality what they need to become a professional executive. There are the elements of professional training for the completion of process.

Idealism is not a dream but a functioning concept which leads such institution or mechanism for the best performance and full result. It is not an extraordinary but has a position above the common level.

The acceptance of common level definition is high and functionally more clear.

Responsibility of the team leader to the company as the result in all level of professionalism can be done with proper procedures. Every one can be done this but the mentioned one will give high productive result and yield .Team may be like a big farm and executives are seeds in the beginning. Proper, real, and scientific analyzing and study of economic and other personality factors of executives, which is useful to the profession and in person, is the human resource management and enhancement in this area. Implementation and execution of these factors for the complete result is the management and the main mechanism for realization is the team leader.

Team Leader is a functioning person with abilities, qualities, responsibility, credibility, professionalism and commitment with the support and infrastructure of the company. Result will be in another level than executives and that must be acceptable by these threes, company, executives and public.

Executives can also consider as independent institutions with dreams, aim, goal and vision. Social and economic support of company is the basic infrastructure for executives in the level of business, career or profession.

This is a continuous process. Like any other successful professional in profession, these institutions, executives and team leader, also need professionalism which may be considered as a mechanism. They have to implement the functions for progress and result.

Team Leader has to consider all executives as one unit and each of them as one independent unit. Each executive mechanism-an executive -needs many divisions of support, depends on their working level, method and infrastructure. This section is an important area in the training procedures.

Divisions of support are the channels from company and other institutions to executives. Team Leader has to ensure the availability of these to executives and him. Credibility is the result for the company and customer satisfaction.

Thus the tremendous, spontaneous and continuous results will make the institution, Team Leader, to be a member in the main stream, visible and invisible, of the company.

Work Plan

All of us will expect positive and productive result with high yield from our efforts. If we choose a system of procedures, it will give the same. I wish to discuss some of my ideas about “A work plan”.

Success is the result of a scientific procedure; it is the yield. A valid position from the glorious effort. The term scientific means systematic approach and implementation, but the depth of this term is more. Result oriented work plan is necessary for a person, the basic institution. It is a system of procedures for materialization of aim and vision. Here the term system got more importance but both are same. A work plan is a system of scientific procedures.

It is the responsibility of a person, who wants a positive result and high yield, to prepare a work plan through the working system of his firm or his own independent or individual or all of these. This is an important professional behavior.

Competition in practice of similar institutions did create the need of careful approach and implementation. Ways are the proper functions in all levels and the support of a system of work plan.

A proper system of work plan and on going process of research, study and sharing experience will maintain the work plan contemporary. So work plan must be in a platform which shows a behavior of acceptance of changing scenarios. This means a work plan is also a subject of study, research and implementation. It will give more result, higher professionalism and shorter period for each assignment.

A work plan can be defined as a scientific working procedure which ensures materialization of aim and visions and has a platform of acceptance of changing scenarios.
